Listening to the songs allows us to find the small details that need to be trashed, meaning to be eliminated from the CD - Until now the listening sounds great! All the songs work out fine! A small problem with the timing between songs - sometimes too fast, sometimes too slow ... all these modifications will be done on october 22nd when the final cut will take place!

Ecouter l'album permet de découvrir les petits détails qui devront passer à la trappe et donc les éliminer du CD. Mais jusque maintenant les écoutes se passent super bien! La qualité des chansons est réelle! Un problème reste: le timing entre les chansons - parfois les passages sont trop rapides parfois pas ... toutes ces modifications seront faites le 22 octobre prochain lors du final cut du CD!

This note is to inform you that we were not able to bring back the site to a 100% before the hacking took place and we would like to apologize for that. We have tried and out our best into bring back some data on the site. What is sure is that the notes are 100% complete and we count on you to inform us accordingly in case you find something missing! We know there are still some weak points and we will do our best clearing them!

Cette note est pour vous informer qu'il ne fut possible de ramener le site à 100% et nous nous en excusons. Nous avons fait le maximum pour mettre à jour les données et redonner au site son look d'avant. Ce qui est positif est que 100% des notes sont complètes et nous comptons sur vous bien sûr pour nous informer si vous trouvez quelque chose qui ne fonctionnerait pas. Nous le ferons le nécessaire!

Back to the music, back to the REEL!

So the latest situation is as follows. We sliced one last time through all songs by doing the real mix. Then we decided the order of the songs. After that we went through the entire album listening to it and evaluating the time between songs. At last we produced the "CD master" demo so that we can now listen to it before the final cut! And let me tell you ...it rocks ... it reels your mind! Too good ... We have something really great in our hands!

This process in listening will take some time as we need to listen to it in all situations on all different kind of devices. This is to evaluate the balance, the mix, the frequencies, the way the album feels.... Next steps are coming ... If the listening process goes well on October 22nd we will proceed to the final cut of the album "Lithium". Until then we have many things to do especially organize the release of the album!

Vive la musique, vive REEL!

Nous avons passé toutes les chansons sous le slicer et sommes arrivés à une situation finale pour chaque morceau. Nous avons mis les chansons dans l'ordre de l'album pour terminer par l'écoute des passages d'une chanson à l'autre. Ceci a donné la production du "Master CD" demo qui va maintenant être écouté pendant plusieurs jours sur tous les supports possibles. Ce processus permet de ressentir l'album, comment il s'enchaine mais aussi de traquer les derniers parasites sonores etc .... La prochaine étape aura lieu le 22 octobre prochain avec le couperet final qui donnera l'album "Lithium". D'ici cette date fatidique l'organisation de la sortie de l'album se met en place et là je peux vous dire il y a un million de trucs à faire!

Ce qui est d'ores et déjà sûr, l'album sonne comme jamais! Nous en sommes fiers!

Sorry for the delay of this new note! As you know the site reelmusic.ch is a blog hosted by blogspirit. This company suffered a hacker attack that destroyed a lot of data. For us it means at least 3 months of pictures lost and almost up to 50% of all album photos. So it will take some time in order to bring back the site to the level of quality we wish it to have. We thank those f***** a-holes of hackers that destroy people's work for fun! Thanks a milllion! We want to give a big cheer to Blogspirit for facing the situation and putting back all blogs online as fast as possible. Bravo!

Nous nous excusons de ce retard dans la publication de cette note mais comme vous le savez reelmusic.ch est hosté chez Blogspirit qui a subi une attaque massive de hackers. Pour nous cela veut dire plus de 3 mois de travail perdu et plus de 50% des albums photos. Il va falloir du temps pour remettre le site au niveau de qualité que nous voulons pour vous tous. Nous souhaitons encore remercier ces bandes d'enc**** de hackers dont le seul plaisir est de détruire le travail effectué par tous nos amis bloggeurs! Bravo encore à Blogspirit d'avoir fait tout son possible pour remettre tout le monde en ligne à moindre dommage! Bravo!

Listen to the music is the word!

That is what we are going to do for the next 3 days almost in a row and non stop! Listen, listen and listen to the music! We have a final mix which needs to be listened to in order to feel the music and its balance! To see if we are happy with all songs! The final cut is near, very near! And I have to say it gives me chills down the spine so get ready for REEL music!

Le mot d'ordre est d'écouter la musique et nous allons exactement faire cela pendant les 3 prochains jours. Nous avons entre nos mains un mix final qui doit être écouter pour voir si la musique et sa balance sont respectées, si l'enregistrement apporte pleine satisfaction! Le slice final est proche, très proche même! Ce que je peux dire est que la chair de poule est garantie donc préparez vous à la REEL music!
