Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Cela fut un weekend pleinement consacré à la musique et au développement de futurs contacts pour BENE et REEL. En effet du 21 au 22.04 se tenait le tout premier Snake Peak Festival au Caf'arts. Ce festival organisé par Snake Peak Records a permis à des groupes comme Cruisers et Fhobi de monter sur scène et de mettre une ambiance digne des grands. Snake Peak est aussi un label permettant à des groupes suisses de s'épanouir et d'évoluer. Bravo pour l'organisation et les concerts aussi! Le public a répondu présent ce qui est toujours important!

BENE était présent pour découvrir l'organisation et les principaux responsables, encore un grande bravo à SNAKE et toute son équipe, mais aussi pour découvrir les groupes. En effet il est fort possible que dans un futur proche REEL se rapproche du label pour lui permettre de jouer au sein  Snake Peak Festivals ou toute autre scène organisée par le label.

Concernant le prochain Snake Peak Festival, il aura lieu les 12 et 13.05 à Collombey, VS, Suisse au Yukon Café. Venez nombreux!

Quant au développement de la relation entre REEL et SNAKE PEAK nous vous tiendrons bien sûr pleinement informés.

Hello to you all,

This weekend was fully dedicated to music and developping new contacts in the music industry. New things in the pipeline for BENE and REEL. Indeed on April 21st and 22nd, 2006 the very first Snake Peak Festival took place at the Caf'arts allowing great bands such as Cruisers and Fhobi to play on stage in front of a solid crowd their music. the festival is organized by Snake Peak Records a label signing up swiss bands that are interested to grow and have the opportunity to make records and play. Cheers to both bands! Great show!

BENE was there to get in touch with the management of Snake Peak to talk any future music and business possibilities. For REEL a true chance to play live within the Snake Peak Festivals or any other type of shows that the label is organizing. A great window for the band!

For your information the next Snake Peak Festival will take place on May 12th and 13th, 2006 in Collombey, VS, Switzerland at the Yukon Café. Come in thousands, the bands need your support!

Voici une petite news qui fait un plaisir fou!

En effet comme vous le savez BENE est un adepte de la plongée sous marine et est membre du club de plongée de la ville de Neuchâtel, le CIP.

Alors le canard du club, le journal qui raconte tout ce qui se passe dans la vie du club, a écrit un article sur le groupe et l'album. Alors tout simplement merci pour cela, merci pour tout!

Merci à tout le monde au club pour le soutien dans l'avanture musicale que connait BENE avec REEL.

Un autre événement dans le vie du groupe REEL et du site plus particulièrement. En effet comme vous le savez tous, le site du groupe est en fait un weblog ou plus connu sous BLOG. Le site fêtera prochainement une année d'activité depuis son lancement le 02 mai 2005 et vu le nombre de gens qui le visitent, posent des questions, laissent des commentaires, cela nous a motivé pour participer au Golden Maus 06.

De quoi s'agit-il?

Féliciter et récompenser les meilleurs blogs suisses et nous participons dans la catégorie la plus vaste possible celle de la culture! Alors la questions sont ouvertes: La musique est-ce de la culture? La vie d'un groupe de musique est-ce un événement culturel? Alors nous aurons la réponse prochainement!

De toute façon le but est de participer et nous vous informerons du résultat même si nous terminons premier ... en commençant par la fin de la liste!

A new event in the life of the band REEL or its website to be more precise. Indeed as you know the band's website is actually a weblog better known as blog. The site itself will celebrate soon 1 year of existence since the launch on May 2nd 2005. And as you are so many visiting the site on a monthly basis, aksing questions, leaving comments, we were quite motivated to partipate to the Golden Maus 06

What is it?

Well it is an event that gives an award to the best swiss blogs. We will participate in the most vast category which is culture. Now a few questions are open to you to answer: Is music culture? is the life ofthe band members a culture event? well the answer from the jury will follow woon!

Anyway even if we finish first or last, we will inform you about it and tell you all!

Le studio s'est transformé en Area 51 hier soir lorsque nos 4 musiciens chéris se sont enfermés pour quelques heures de discussions intenses. En effet, il y avait pas de choses à discuter surtout concernant les futures performances LIVE qui sont en cours de préparation. Quel matériel faut-il? Quelle configuration pour chacun? Les besoins de chaque musicien etc ... Donc pas mal de choses à mettre sur le papier permettant au management de prendre les choses en mains afin que les 4 puissent s'épanouir sur scène dans le plus belle des cacophonies sonores! Nous pouvons juste vous dire que les choses se présentent à merveille. Ainsi les dernières dates pour enregistrer les basic tracks des nouvelles chansons sont décidées. Les information suivront sur le site!

Yesterday the studio became Area 51 when the 4 musicians entered the room locking all doors for some hours of discussions. Indeed many things needed to be discussed especially when planning future LIVE events. What type of material is needed? Which configuration each musician requires? etc ... all is down on paper now and brings a lot of work for the management helping our 4 musicians to play LIVE and explode in REEL cacophonia music! All seems to go well between all of them! Also the last dates are known regarding the recording of teh basic tracks for the new songs. Additional information will follow!
